摘要
针对高速铁路大跨矮塔斜拉桥施工工期长、成本高的问题,文中基于杭州至衢州铁路建德至衢州段常山江特大桥工程,提出了一种支架现浇与悬臂浇筑组合的施工方法,以缩短工期、节省施工成本。通过对比支架法、挂篮法与支架+挂篮法三种施工方法的实用性与经济性,结果表明,与支架法和挂篮法相比,文中提出的支架+挂篮组合的施工方法有效缩短施工工期141 d,节省施工成本659万元,提升了高速铁路大跨矮塔斜拉桥施工效率,具有较高的经济价值,可为类似型桥梁施工提供参考。
In order to solve the problems of long construction period and high cost of high-speed railway long-span low-pylon cable-stayed bridge,based on the Changshanjiang Bridge project of Hangzhou-quzhou railway between Kentoku and Quzhou,a combined construction method of cast-in-place support and cantilever casting is put forward to shorten construction period and save construction cost.By comparing the practicability and economy of three construction methods,namely,the bracket method,the hanging basket method and the bracket+hanging basket method,the results show that compared with the bracket method and the hanging basket method,the combined construction method of support and hanging basket proposed in this paper can effectively shorten the construction period by 141 days,save 6.59 million yuan in construction cost,improve the construction efficiency of high-speed railway long-span low-pylon cable-stayed bridge,and has higher economic value,it can provide reference for the construction of the same type of bridge.
