文中基于EPC模式,通过数字化和大数据实现对新建校区建设项目设计、采购、施工和调试等阶段的管控,对项目管理的应用进行全方位分析,为高校建设项目全周期管理体系的构建和运行提供参考。

Based on the EPC mode,the paper realizes the control of the design,procurement,construction and commissioning stages of the whole project construction through digitalization and big data,and comprehensively analyzes the application in the construction project management of the new campus,so as to provide reference for the construction and operation of the full-cycle management system of university construction projects.
