The Application of PERT/CPM Model in the Management of Overseas International Airport Reconstruction and Expansion Projects

文中以萨摩亚法莱奥诺国际机场升级改造项目为研究背景,分析了不停航条件下机场升级改造中分阶段施工的方案,研究如何在项目管理中合理安排不停航施工。以优化项目进度和资源利用为目的,结合PERT/CPM模型与项目管理方法,针对不停航施工的项目中各项控制要素进行优化管理,并在萨摩亚法莱奥诺国际机场升级改造项目中验证其有效性。

Based on the research background of the renovation project of Faleono International Airport in Samoa,this paper studies how to rationally arrange non-stop construction in project management through the selection of the phased construction scheme in the airport upgrade and renovation under non-stop traffic conditions.In order to optimize the project schedule and resource utilization,by combining PERT/CPM model and project management method,the control elements of non-stop construction projects were optimized and managed,and the effectiveness was verified in the upgrade and renovation project of Faleono International Airport in Samoa.
