摘要
目的 比较传统储存柜、微电脑程控储存柜和负压真空洁净储存柜储存软式内镜的干燥及微生物情况。方法随机抽取36条内镜分为3组,每组12条,经标准化再处理后,分别于传统储存柜、微电脑程控储存柜、负压真空洁净储存柜中储存,于储存后12、24、36、48、72 h和7 d,采用管腔检测仪和氯化钴试纸评估干燥效果,采用微生物学监测法评价消毒后存放效果。结果 管腔检测仪检测结果显示,7 d后3组储存柜储存内镜平均干燥合格率分别为30.56%、45.83%和100.00%(χ^(2)=0.059,P<0.05)。氯化钴试纸检测结果显示,传统储存柜储存时间<48 h、微电脑程控储存柜储存时间<36 h时无干燥合格内镜,负压真空清洁储存柜内镜储存12 h时干燥率即可达100.00%;微生物检测结果显示,3组储存柜储存12 h时,内镜管腔微生物检测合格率均为100.00%,随着储存时间延长,传统储存柜、微电脑程控储存柜内镜管腔微生物检测合格率逐渐下降,负压真空洁净储存柜储存7 d后微生物学检测合格率仍为100.00%。结论 负压真空洁净储存柜储存软式内镜的存放效果较好。
Objective To compare the drying and microbial conditions of flexible endoscopes stored in traditional storage cabinets,microcomputer programmed storage cabinets and negative pressure vacuum clean storage cabinets.Methods Thirty-six endoscopes were randomly selected and divided into three groups,12 endoscopes in each group.After standardized reprocessing,the endoscopes were respectively stored in traditional storage cabinets,microcomputer programming storage cabinets,and negative pressure vacuum clean storage cabinets,respectively.The drying effect was evaluated by lumen detector and cobalt chloride test paper at 12,24,36,48,72 hours and 7 days after storage.Microbiological monitoring method was used to evaluate the storage effect after disinfection.Results The results of lumen detector showed that after 7 days,the average drying qualified rates of the three groups were 30.56%,45.83%and 100%,respectively(X^(2)=0.059,P<0.05).The results of cobalt chloride test paper showed that when the storage time of the traditional storage cabinets was less than 48 hours and the storage time of the microcomputer programmed storage cabinets was less than 36 hours,there was no qualified drying endoscope.When the negative pressure vacuum cleaning storage cabinets were stored for 12 hours,the drying rate of the endoscope was 100.00%.With the storage time prolonged,the qualified rate of endoscopic lumen microbial detection in traditional storage cabinets and microcomputer programmed storage cabinets gradually decreased.After 7 days of storage,the microbiological test result of negative pressure vacuum cleaning storage cabinets was still 100.00%.Conclusion The negative pressure vacuum clean storage cabinet has a better storage effect on flexible endoscopes.
