Pulsar Timing Arrays(PTAs),consisting of a collection of millisecond pulsars,are specifically designed to detect nanohertz gravitational waves[1].Recently,multiple PTA collaborations,including the North American Nanohertz Observatory for Gravitational Waves(NANOGrav)[2],the European Pulsar Timing Array(EPTA)with the addition of the Indian Pulsar Timing Array(In PTA)[3],the Parkes Pulsar Timing Array(PPTA)[4],and the Chinese Pulsar Timing Array(CPTA)[5],have announced compelling evidence for a stochastic signal that follows the Hellings-Downs correlation[6].
