摘要
肝细胞癌(HCC)是原发性肝癌的主要病理学类型,针对晚期HCC的患者,使用靶向药物联合免疫药物进行全身治疗是大多数人的选择。诱导细胞铁死亡是一种新兴的靶向治疗方式,主要过程为细胞内铁蓄积、自由基产生、脂质过氧化和多种细胞死亡效应器激活,最终导致细胞质膜破裂。研究证明诱导肿瘤细胞铁死亡可增强化疗药物的效果。本文阐述了铁死亡及其在HCC中的信号通路和相关分子机制,以期为临床治疗HCC提供潜在的药物治疗靶点和可能的联合治疗方案。
Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the main pathological type of primary liver cancer,and using targeted drugs and combined with drugs of immunization therapy for systemic treatment is the choice of most patients in advanced stage.Inducing ferroptosis is an emerging approach for targeted therapy,including intracellular iron accumulation,free radical generation,lipid peroxidation and activation of multiple cell death effectors,eventually leading to rupture of the plasma membrane.Studies have shown that the chemotherapy effect can be enhanced through the induction of ferroptosis in cancer cells.This paper attempts to expound the ferroptosis,its molecular mechanisms and the related signaling pathways involved in HCC,so that we can propose potential drug treatment targets and possible combination therapy options for patients with liver carcinoma.
