摘要
铁死亡是铁依赖性调节性细胞死亡方式,主要由脂质过氧化物积累和氧化还原失衡导致。铁死亡参与T2DM及其并发症的发病机制。本文综述靶向抑制铁死亡与T2DM治疗的研究进展。
Ferroptosis,an iron-dependent form of regulated cell death,attributed to the accumulation of lipid hydroperoxides and redox imbalance.Recent studies have suggested that ferroptosis may involve in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and its complications.This article reviews the research progress of targeted inhibition of ferroptosis and T2DM treatment.
