摘要
介绍了棒位采集编码卡故障模拟系统的设计。该系统在棒位采集系统的配合下,通过模拟编码卡电路中可能出现的故障,提前对相关数据进行分析。经系统测试后表明,该模拟系统能快速分析编码卡故障数据,有助于定位和找到故障卡件,并通过仿真结果验证系统测试的有效性。此系统不仅能降低卡件维修时机柜内工作误碰其他卡件或电缆的概率,还可减少工作人员接受辐照剂量风险和检修工作时间,提高工作效率。
This paper introduces the design of fault simulation system for rod position acquisition and coding card.With the cooperation of the rod position acquisition system,the system can analyze the relevant data in advance by simulating the possible faults in the coding card circuit.The system test shows that the simulation system can quickly analyze the fault data of the code card,which is helpful to locate and find the fault card.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the system test.This system can not only reduce the probability of accidentally touching other cards or cables in the cabinet during card maintenance,but also reduce the risk of workers receiving radiation dose and maintenance work time,and improve work efficiency.
