长链聚偏磷酸钾制备工艺和设备材料研究

Study on preparation technology and equipment of long-chain potassium polymetaphosphate

聚偏磷酸钾是一种酸性的长链(R=1)聚磷酸盐产品,其产品用途很广,如日用化工、工程塑料、食品加工等。在全球食品添加剂磷酸盐应用中,因其优良的乳化分散功能,在预制肉体现出优异的乳化、弹性、脆度、紧密度的应用效果,受到食品加工业青睐。在制备生产中,因其是一个在高温下从固体转变为液体,又从液体转变为固体的过程,对工艺条件及设备材质要求极高,是磷酸盐深加工的高端品种,仅有为数不多的厂家能够生产。文章对在高温下从固体转变为液体,又从液体转变为固体的工艺过程及材料的研究,有效地解决了关键问题,实现了工业化生产。该研究成果填补了国内产品的空白,替代了进口产品,也为国内磷酸盐深加工技术研究提供了有效的参考思路。

Potassium polyphosphate is an acidic long chain(R-l)polyphosphate product,and its products are widely used,such as daily chemical,engineering plastics,food processing and so on.In the global food additive phosphate application,because of its excellent emulsification and dispersion function,in the prepared meat,reflects the excellent emulsification,elasticity,brittleness,tightness of the application effect,by the food processing industry gaze.However,because in the preparation and production,because it is a process of changing from solid to liquid at high temperature,and from liquid to solid,the process conditions and equipment materials are extremely demanding,so it is a high-end variety of phosphate deep processing,and only a few manufacturers produce.In this paper,the process and materials of transforming from solid to liquid and from liquid to solid under high temperature are studied,which effectively solves the key problems and realizes the industrial production.The research results have filled the gap of domestic products and replaced the imports of products.It also provides an effective reference for the research of phosphate deep processing technology in China.
