摘要
汽轮机作为热能转换装置的关键部件,在能源领域发挥着重要作用。然而,长期高速旋转和复杂的工作条件使得汽轮机转子容易受到疲劳损伤的影响,从而威胁其安全性和可靠性。因此,文章介绍了基于有限元分析的汽轮机转子的疲劳损伤的分析,有助于揭示转子在不同工作状态下的受力特点,评估结构的疲劳寿命,为运行和维护提供科学依据。
Steam turbines,as crucial components in thermal energy conversion systems,play a vital role in the field of energy.However,the prolonged high-speed rotation and complex operating conditions make steam turbine rotors susceptible to fatigue damage,posing a threat to their safety and reliability.Therefore,this paper introduces the analysis of fatigue damage in steam turbine rotors based on finite element analysis.This analysis helps uncover the stress characteristics of rotors under different operating conditions,assess the fatigue life of the structure,and provide a scientific basis for operation and maintenance.
