摘要
针对数据中心日益增长的带宽需求,提出一种基于PAM4的400 Gbit/s DR4硅光模块的解决方案。阐述PAM4的基本原理、400 Gbit/s DR4硅光模块的设计原理、技术方案、测试方法及测试结果。测试结果得到了性能优良的眼图及误码率,表明基于PAM4的400 Gbit/s DR4硅光模块是数据中心良好的解决方案,在高速光通信系统中有广阔的应用前景。
With the growing bandwidth requirements of Datacenters,this paper proposes a kind of 400 Gbit/s PAM4 DR4 silicon optical transceiver module.This paper introduces the basic principle of PAM4,the design principle,technical solutions,test methods and test results of 400 Gbit/s PAM4 DR4 Silicon Optical Transceiver Module.The experiment results show good eye diagrams,which indicate that 400 Gbit/s PAM4 DR4 silicon optical transceiver module is a good solution to 400 Gbit/s Datacenter transmission and may have broad application prospects in future high-speed optical communication system.
