摘要
传统控制系统布线存在电缆用量大,施工和后期维护困难等问题,介绍了电子布线产品的技术特点。通过与传统控制系统布线技术对比,以某化工企业的实际应用为例,阐述了以电子布线技术为基础的自动化整体解决方案,并对该方案在节约线缆成本、减少机柜空间,缩短施工周期方面带来的经济效益进行了对比分析。
There are many problems,such as high cable consumption,difficulty in construction and later maintenance in wiring process of conventional control system,the technical characteristics of electronic wiring product is discussed.By comparing with the traditional control system wiring technology,taking the practical application of one chemical enterprise as an example,the overall automation solution scheme based on electronic wiring technology is explained.The comparison analysis on economic benefits from labor cost saving,cabinet space reducing and construction period shortening of the scheme is conducted.
