Application of HAZOP Analysis in Natural Gas Long-distance Transportation Pipeline Station

为了排查和分析在役天然气长输管道运行期间存在的危害因素,基于危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)原理,对天然气长输管道站场的HAZOP分析流程进行了梳理说明,形成了针对性和操作性强的HAZOP分析方法。通过实例分析,提出了深入挖掘HAZOP分析发现的管理缺陷问题,总结了天然气长输管道站场HAZOP分析的注意事项。

To investigate and analyze the hazard factors which exist in natural gas long-distance transportation pipelines in service during the operation,based on danger and principle of hazard and operability(HAZOP),the HAZOP analysis procedure of natural gas long-distance transportation pipeline stations is sorted out and explained,and a targeted and highly operable HAZOP analysis method is formulated.Through practical example analysis,the problem of management defects found by the in-depth HAZOP analysis is proposed,and the precautions for the HAZOP analysis of the natural gas long-distance transportation pipeline station are summarized.
