摘要
为减少污水处理厂生产运行产生臭气对周边环境产生影响,以生物除臭法和化学洗涤法为主、活性炭吸附法作为臭气深度治理或应急措施的除臭设施,被广泛应用于污水处理厂。通过对某污水处理厂干式化学滤料吸附法的运行效果进行分析,研究干式化学滤料作为臭气深度治理工艺的可行性。结果表明,采用干式化学滤料吸附法后,厂界无组织排放臭气浓度、硫化氢、甲硫醇均低于检出限,氨气最高质量浓度为0.05 mg/m^(3),排气筒有组织排放臭气浓度均低于100,氨气、硫化氢、甲硫醇均低于检出限,臭气浓度、氨气、硫化氢平均去除率分别为82.29%、76.41%、92.88%。对于建设在环境敏感区域内的污水处理厂,使用干式化学滤料吸附法作为臭气深度治理工艺,具有良好的处理效果与广泛应用前景。
In order to reduce the impact of odor generated by the production and operation of wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)on the surrounding environment,deodorization facilities mainly based on biological deodorization method and chemical washing method,activated carbon adsorption method as in-depth odor treatment or emergency measures are widely used in WWTPs.By analyzing the operation effect of dry chemical filter material adsorption method in a,the feasibility of dry chemical filter material as a deep odor treatment process was studied.The results showed that after the dry chemical filter adsorption method,the odor concentration,hydrogen sulfide and methyl mercaptan of fugitive emissions in the WWTP boundary were lower than the detection limit,the maximum concentration of ammonia was 0.05 mg/m',the odor concentration of organized emission from the exhaust cylinder was lower than 10o,the ammonia,hydrogen sulfide and methyl mercaptan were lower than the detection limit,and the average removal rates of odor concentration,ammonia and hydrogen sulfide were 82.29%,76.41%and 92.88%,respectively.For WWTPs built in environmentally sensitive areas,the use of dry chemical filter adsorption method as the odor depth treatment process has good treatment effect and wide application prospects.
