建筑小区排水管网提质增效主要问题和应对策略

摘要 近年来,我国城镇污水收集处理设施不断完善,有效改善了城镇水体环境,但部分排水管道建设年代久远、建设标准较低、管理制度不完善,导致雨污合流和混接、管道缺陷、管道高水位运行等问题,排水管网成为城镇排水系统的短板。为解决这些问题,城镇污水处理提质增效被提上日程。管网改造是提质增效的核心内容,建筑小区排水管网是城镇管网提质增效的源头,在实施过程中存在前期管网排查不彻底、设计方案不合理、施工方耐心和责任心不足、管理维护不到位等问题,文章从排查、设计、施工、管理角度对目前建筑小区管网提质增效实施过程中主要问题进行分析,并探讨相应的应对策略,以便为实际问题提供解决思路。 In recent years,urban wastewater collection and treatment facilities at home have been continuously improved,effectively improving the urban water environment.However,some drainage pipelines have been built for a long time,with low construction standards and incomplete management systems,resulting in problems such as rainwater and wastewater confluence and mixing,pipeline defects,and high water level operation of pipelines.The drainage pipeline network has become a weakness of the urban drainage system.To address these issues,improving the quality and efficiency of urban wastewater treatment has been put on the agenda.The drainage pipe network in residential areas is the source of improving the quality and efficiency of urban pipe networks.In the implementation process,there are problems such as incomplete pipeline network inspection in the early stage,unreasonable design schemes,insufficient patience and responsibility of the construction party,and inadequate management and maintenance.This article analyzed the main issues in the implementation process of improving quality and efficiency of wastewater treatment from the perspectives of inspection,design,construction,and management,and explored corresponding response strategies to provide solutions for practical problems.
