知识产权保护对中国进口产品多元化的影响存在争议。文章基于行业知识产权保护与中国产品贸易相匹配数据的研究结果表明,加强行业知识产权保护对中国进口产品广度多元化的总体影响不显著,而在考虑行业贸易竞争水平的调节作用后,加强行业知识产权保护本身促进了中国进口产品广度多元化,但二者的调节效应产生抑制作用;引入双边公众态度的调节作用后,加强行业知识产权保护本身不利于中国进口产品广度多元化,但二者的调节效应具有促进作用。加强行业知识产权保护对中国进口产品多元化的促进作用仅存在于进口高技术和中等技术制造品以及资本品之中。此外,加强行业知识产权保护使得中国进口份额更加集中于少数产品,不利于中国进口产品的深度多元化。

The impact of intellectual property rights protection on China's imported product diversification remains controversial in academia.Based on the matching data of industry intellectual property rights protection and China's product trade,the research results of this paper show that the overall impact of enhancing industry intellectual property rights protection on the diversification of China's imported product breadth is not significant.However,after considering the moderating effect of industry trade competition level,enhancing industry intellectual property rights protection itself promotes the diversification of China's imported product breadth,but the moderating effect of the two has an inhibition effect.After introducing the moderating effect of bilateral public attitudes,enhancing industry intellectual property rights protection itself is not conducive to the diversification of China's imported product breadth,but the moderating effect of the two has a promotion effect.The promotion effect of enhancing industry intellectual property rights protection on China's imported product diversification only exists in the imported high-tech and medium-tech manufacturing products as well as capital goods.Moreover,enhancing industry intellectual property rights protection makes China's import share more concentrated in a few products,which is not conducive to the diversification of China's imported product depth.
