500kV变压器中压套管故障分析

摘要 某500kV变电站主变中压侧套管油中部分发生接地故障,电弧放电产生大量气体,导致本体鼓包变形。本文中作者对变压器进行内检及套管解体检查,结合油色谱诊断试验和故障录波分析,判断此次套管故障的主要原因为套管进水受潮和下瓷套有质量缺陷。 Grounding fault occurs in the middle of casing oil of middle pressure side of main transformer in a 50okV substation.Arc discharge produces a lot of gas,which causes bulk bulge distortion.The main reason for the failure of the transformer casing is that the water inlet of the casing is wet and the lower ceramic sleeve is defective.Based on the wet condition of transformer medium pressure bushing,further requirements are put forward to manufacturers and maintenance personnel to avoid the recurrence of similar failures.
