摘要
通过一起220kV主变压器乙炔严重超标事件的分析与处理,指出造成本次事故的根本原因在于拉杆安装时不满足厂家装配要求,详细说明了GOE拉杆式套管的结构与原理,提出了对于同类型设备的排查思路和事故预防措施。
Through the analysis and treatment of a 220kV main transformer acetylene seriously exceeding the standard,it is pointed out that the root cause of the accident is that the tie rod installation does not meet the manufacturer's assembly requirements,the structure and principle of GOE pull rod type bushings are explained in detail,and the investigation ideas and accident prevention measures for the same type of equipment are put forward.
