一起220kV变压器110kV侧套管压力异常原因分析

摘要 本文针对某220kV变压器110kV侧C相套管内部压力异常的故障,通过少油压力在线监测装置预警、泄压试验、停电试验、绝缘试验、油色谱试验、充气试验、理化试验及解体检查分析,查找出故障原因为套管油室与本体油室隔断处O型胶垫密封失效,导致本体油室与套管油室导通,套管内部压力增大。本文为诊断该类型套管缺陷提供参考。 This article focuses on abnormal internal pressure in the 110kV C-phase bushing of a 220kV transformer.Through the pressure warning of the online monitoring device,pressure relief test,power outage test,insulation test,oil chromatogram test,inflation test,physical and chemical test,and disassembly inspection analysis.It is found that the fault is sealing failure of the O-ring gasket seal between the bushing oil chamber and the transformer main oil chamber,which leads to the conduction between the transformer main oil chamber and the bushing oil chamber,and the increase of the bushing internal pressure.This article provides a reference for diagnosing this type of bushing defect.
