当代商业街巷空间的“在地性”思考——续读上海湾·国际假日广场

REFLECTIONS ON THE"LOCALITY DESIGN"OF CONTEMPORARY COMMERCIAL STREET SPACE:INTERPRETING FURTHER ABOUT SHANGHAI BAY INTERNATIONAL HOLIDAY PLAZA

城市在漫长的发展历程中,逐渐形成了特有的生态环境和人文习俗,这些经过沉淀的“不变”因素,与每天发生的各式各样的“多变”活动和谐共处。商业空间作为城市公共活动中设施最多元、使用最频繁的场所之一,其建筑空间的可持续性设计非常关键。在2008年建成的上海湾·国际假日广场设计中,设计师以传统文化为根基,运用当代语汇进行创作。本文以该项目为典型案例,阐明在城市扩张和更新过程中,商业创作该如何与当地的自然环境及人文特色融为一体,形成可持续发展的、符合都市语境的、良性循环的建筑空间。

In the long course of city development,the city has gradually formed its unique ecological environment and culture customs.These accumulated"invariable"factors coexist harmoniously with the various"varied"activities that occur every day.As one of the most diverse and frequent places of city public activities,the sustainability of commercial facilities'architectural space is very crucial.Built in 2008,Shanghai Bay International Holiday Plaza was designed based on traditional culture by using contemporary design vocabulary concept.This papaer interprets the project,and clarifies that in the process of city expansion and renewal,how should commercial architecture design be integrated with the local natural environment and culture characteristics,so as to form a sustainable and virtuous cycle of architectural space in line with urban context.
