TRANSFORMATION OF FUTURE CONNECTED CITY

如今城市正处于前所未有的转型阶段,割裂的、具有单一功能的商务区概念已经过时,将城市打造为面向多世代人群、满足多用途需求、融合自然与科技的未来互联城市,成为人们关注的新话题。本文从城市、社区、建筑三个层面出发,对城市未来发展趋势进行研判,并通过实际案例提出相应的设计策略。

Today,cities are undergoing an unprecedented transformation,the concept of fragmented and single-function commercial districts has become obsolete and replaced by a new concept:transforming the city as a multi-generational,multi-purpose and nature-science-integrated future connected city.This paper looks forward to the future development trend from three different scales of city,community and architecture,and puts forward corresponding design strategies through practical cases.
