集约用地条件下的中小学立体化校园空间设计研究——以百家村中学为例

摘要 传统的中小学建设存在用地面积相对较大及校园空间单一等问题,尤其是当前土地资源的日益紧缺,导致中小学建设用地条件的受限程度加大,因此集约化设计的必要性与紧迫性引起建筑师的关注。本文以厦门市百家村中学设计实践为例,探讨传统中小学在城市土地资源匮乏的语境下,创造集约化与立体化于一体的、更具活力和趣味性的校园空间,从而为青少年的身心健康发展提供更为优质的成长环境,旨在为后续的中小学设计实践提供参考。 Traditional primary and middle school have problems like too large area,lack of three-dimensional space and low land utilization rate.At the same time,due to the scarcity of land resources,the current primary and middle school land conditions are limited so that intensive design is very necessary.Taking the design practice of Baijiacun Middle School in Xiamen as an example,this paper discusses how traditional primary and secondary schools can create more dynamic and interesting campus space that integrates intensification and trivialization under the context of scarce urban land resources,so as to provide a better growth environment for the healthy physical and mental development of teenagers,and to provide references for the subsequent design practice of primary and secondary schools.
