摘要 高校继续教育承担着提升全民素质、激发人力资本效能的特殊任务,在促进共同富裕中具有重要作用。迈向共同富裕,需要建立健全人民共有、组织共建、市场共富、社会共享的共同范式,针对高质量发展中存在的矛盾与问题,以阶段逻辑、过程逻辑与资本逻辑为指导,通过赋能聚力促进教育共富与协同发展。 University further education plays a unique role in enhancing the overall quality of the population and stimulating the efficiency of human capital.It holds significant value in promoting common prosperity.To advance towards common prosperity,it is essential to establish a common paradigm characterized by shared ownership among the people,collaborative efforts among organizations,wealth creation through shared markets,and societal benefits through shared resources.Addressing the contradictions and issues in the pursuit of high-quality development,guided by stage logic,process logic,and capital logic,the empowerment and concerted efforts become essential to promote educational prosperity and foster coordinated development.
