人脐带间充质干细胞生物学特性及其在难治性疾病中的应用进展

摘要 人脐带间充质干细胞(HUCMSCs)是一种多能干细胞,具有免疫调节功能、旁分泌功能和多向分化潜能等生物学特性。在一定条件下,HUCMSCs经诱导可分化为多种细胞,也可再生成其他组织器官,在临床上具有广泛的应用前景。目前关于难治性疾病多采用药物治疗,很难使受损或功能障碍的细胞恢复正常。因此,深入研究HUCMSCs在移植物抗宿主病、系统性红斑狼疮、肝纤维化、心血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病等疾病中的治疗效果,可以为难治性疾病的治疗提供新思路。同时,HUCMSCs库的建设和发展可促进HUCMSCs技术的产业化和临床应用,从而为临床提供高质量的HUCMSCs注射液。 Human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells(HUCMSCs)are pluripotent stem cells.HUCMSCs have the biological characteristics of immunomodulatory function,paracrine function,and multidirectional differentiation potential.Under certain conditions,HUCMSCs can be induced to differentiate into a variety of cells,and can also regenerate into other tissues and organs,which have wide application prospect in clinic.At present,many refractory diseases are treated with drugs,which make it difficult to restore damaged or dysfunctional cells to normal.Therefore,thoroughly studies on the efficacy of HUCMSCs in the treatment of graft versus-host disease,systemic lupus erythematosus,liver fibrosis,cardiovascular diseases,respiratory diseases,and other diseases,can provide new ideas for the treatment of refractory diseases.Meanwhile,the construction and development of HUCMSCs bank will promote the industrialization and clinical application of HUCMSCs technology,thus provide high-quality HUCMSCs injection for clinical use.
