微RNA在子宫内膜异位症血管生成中的研究进展

摘要 近年来子宫内膜异位症(EMs)的发病率逐渐增高,是育龄期女性常见的疾病,虽被定义为良性疾病,但具有恶性行为,目前其发病机制尚未阐明。EMs具有血管生成依赖性,血管生成在子宫内膜异位病变的生长和存活中发挥着重要作用。微RNA(miRNA)具有高度特异性、灵敏性和稳定性,对疾病的准确诊断、发生进展、指导治疗以及预后评估至关重要。目前已发现miRNA可通过差异性表达参与调控EMs血管生成相关因子及其对应通路的活性,从而影响EMs的发生发展,或可成为临床诊断EMs的标志物和治疗靶点。 Endometriosis has a progressively higher clinical incidence in recent years,which is a common disease in women of childbearing age.Although defined as a benign disease,it has a malignant behavior and its pathogenesis has not been elucidated.Endometriosis is angiogenesis-dependent,and angiogenesis plays an important role in the growth and survival of endometriotic lesions.MicroRNA(miRNA)are highly specific,sensitive and stable,and are essential for accurate diagnosis,progression,treatment and prognostic assessment of diseases.At present,it has been found that miRNA can participate in regulating the activity of endometriosis angiogenesis-related factors and their corresponding pathways through differential expression,thus affecting the development of endometriosis,and may become a marker and therapeutic target for the clinical diagnosis of endometriosis.
