皮肤伤口愈合是重要的临床研究问题,利用敷料覆盖伤口帮助伤口愈合是临床常见治疗策略。随着生物工程材料的发展,功能性敷料成为新兴的研究热点。水凝胶因其良好的生物相容性、生物黏附性和制备简单等特点,成为近期开发功能性伤口敷料的焦点。多功能水凝胶敷料不仅在伤口愈合过程中提供缺失的细胞外基质,还能可控地为损伤处细胞外微环境提供多种刺激信号,以调节创面愈合中出血、炎症反应等过程,从而促进皮肤损伤修复。因此,多功能水凝胶已成为皮肤伤口愈合研究的重点,未来其有望成为皮肤伤口愈合临床治疗的新方向。

Skin wound healing is an important clinical research issue,and the use of dressings to cover the wound to help wound healing is a common clinical treatment strategy.With the development of bioengineered materials,fuctional dressings have emerged as a promising research focus.Due to its excellent biocompatibility,bioadhesion and simple preparation,hydrogel has become a research hotspot in the development of wound dressings recently.Multifunctional hydrogel dressing can provide not only the missing extracellular matrix during wound healing,but also a variety of stimulation signals for the extracellular microenvironment of the injured site controllably to regulate the bleeding,inflammatory reaction and other processes during wound healing,thus promoting the repair of skin damage.Therefore,multifunctional hydrogel has become the focus of skin wound healing research,and it is expected to become a new direction of the clinical treatment in the future.
