摘要
脑动静脉畸形(bAVM)是神经外科较为复杂的血管性疾病之一,多见于大脑半球皮质,脑血管造影显示血管畸形是该病的特征表现,即血管呈一团管径相仿、相互纠缠的迂曲、扩张的畸形表现,病情进展可发生脑组织损伤甚至死亡。目前bAVM发病机制尚不明确,了解其发病机制对预防bAVM发生发展以及指导其靶向药物治疗和临床干预有重要意义。随着对bAVM血管构筑认识的逐渐深入以及血管内介入治疗技术的不断发展,介入栓塞技术已成为治疗bAVM的主要方法之一,有关bAVM介入栓塞技术的术式、并发症的研究也获得了显著进展。
Brain arteriovenous malformation(bAVM)is one of the complex vascular diseases in neurosurgery,com-monly seen in the cerebral hemisphere cortex.Cerebral angiography shows vascular malformations as the characteristic manifestation of this disease,meaning that the malformed blood vessels appear as a group of similarly sized and intertwined tortuous and dilated vessels,which can progress to brain tissue damage or even death.At present,the pathogenesis of bAVM is not yet clear,and understanding its pathogenesis is of great significance for preventing the occurrence and development of bAVM,as well as guiding its targeted drug treatment and clinical intervention.With the gradual deepening of understanding of bAVM vascular architecture and the continuous development of intravascular intervention technology,interventional embolization has become one of the main methods for treating bAVM.Research on the surgical methods and complications of bAVM interventional embolization has also made significant progress.
