基于网络药理学的中药治疗神经退行性疾病的研究现状

Research Status of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Neurodegenerative Diseases Based on Network Pharmacology

神经退行性疾病(ND)是一类以进行性、特异性神经元变性或死亡引起相关功能丧失为主要特征的神经系统疾病,包括阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、亨廷顿病等,其发病机制复杂且尚不明确。中药具有多靶点、多通路的作用特点,近年来越来越多地被应用于ND的研究和治疗中,然而目前尚缺乏对中药治疗ND中作用机制的全面了解。网络药理学作为揭示“药物-靶点-疾病”相互作用的有效手段,可为阐明中药治疗ND的作用机制提供依据,并可为传统医学与现代医学的结合搭建科学的桥梁。

Neurodegenerative diseases(ND)are a type of neurological disease characterized by progressive and specific neuronal degeneration or death leading to related functional loss,including Alzheimer′s disease,Parkinson′s disease,Huntington′s disease,etc.The pathogenesis is complex and unclear.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has the characteristics of multiple targets and pathways,and has been increasingly applied in the research and treatment of ND in recent years.However,there is currently a lack of comprehensive understanding of the mechanism of action of TCM in the treatment of ND.Network pharmacology,as an effective means of revealing the"drug-target-disease"interaction,can provide a basis for elucidating the mechanism of action of TCM in treating ND,and build a scientific bridge for the combination of traditional medicine and modern medicine.
