影像组学在肾上腺肿瘤诊断及预测中的研究进展

摘要 肾上腺肿瘤等疾病可引起人体相应内分泌激素异常,对人们生活造成困扰。肾上腺肿瘤的诊断主要依靠影像诊断和内分泌激素检验。近年来,随着影像组学及人工智能技术的迅猛发展,出现了大量影像组学应用于肾上腺肿瘤诊断及鉴别诊断、预测预后的临床研究。影像组学可以挖掘更多肾上腺肿瘤的影像图像信息,客观定量评估肿瘤微环境的异质性,从而反映肿瘤的影像学表型。将影像学表型与基因表型相联系,可以更加明确肾上腺肿瘤的诊断、鉴别诊断,为其治疗和预后预测提供循证医学证据。 Diseases such as adrenal tumors can cause abnormalities in the corresponding endocrine hormones in the human body,causing difficulties in people′s daily lives.The diagnosis of adrenal tumors mainly depends on image diagnosis and endocrine hormone examination.In recent years,with the rapid development of radiomics and artificial intelligence technology,there have been a large number of clinical studies on radiomics in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis,predicting prognosis of adrenal tumors.Radiomics can dig out more image information of adrenal tumors,and evaluate the heterogeneity of tumor microenvironment objectively and quantitatively,and reflect the image phenotype of tumors.By linking image phenotype with gene phenotype,the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of adrenal tumors can be more clarified,and evidence-based medical evidence can be provided for the treatment and prognosis prediction.
