摘要
算法时代的技术变革重塑着教育领域的权力关系,在教育主体、知识生态和教育治理等方面带来新的机遇与挑战。技术赋能权力博弈,重构教育主体间的关系定位。海量智能技术为学生赋能,生成式人工智能成为新一类教育主体,学校、父母教育权在面临革新机遇的同时面临去中心化。传统知识生态受到挑战,源于知识生产和传播主体多元化、过程去中心化、跨境知识流通普及化。算法与教育治理的耦合带来治理新样态。“X+教育治理”带来治理中的人机交互态,推动以表现管理为主要特征的数字治理渗透至课堂与家庭,算法赋能与规训机制重构师生自主性。以算法自觉意识审思从前算法时代到算法时代的教育权力关系演进,有助于澄清教育领域权力关系重构优化的底层逻辑,即以关系正义理念巩固教育公共性;铸牢文化安全与教育主权意识,强化国家主导作用;确立善治理念,推动教育治理走向算法善治。
In the algorithm era,technological reforms reshape the power relations in the field of education,and trigger both opportunities and challenges in educational agents,the knowledge ecosystem,and educational governance.Technology empowers the competitions between powers,and reconstructs the relationship between educational agents.Massive intelligent technologies empower students,generative artificial intelligence emerges as a new educational agent,and the right to education from schools and parents faces both opportunities for innovation and decentralization.The traditional knowledge ecosystem is challenged owing to diversified knowledge producers and disseminators,the process of decentralization,and the popularization of cross-border knowledge flows.The fusion of algorithm and educational governance gives rise to a novel governance paradigm."X+educational governance"introduces human-computer interaction to governance,promoting the permeation of digital governance featuring performance management into classrooms and families,and algorithmic empowerment and the discipline-based mechanism redefine the autonomy of teachers and students.A review of the evolution of power relations in education from the pre-algorithm era to the algorithm era based on algorithm awareness helps to clarify the bottom-line logic of the reconstruction and optimization of power relations in the field of education,namely,the consolidation of the public nature of education with the concept of relational justice,the increase of the awareness of cultural security and educational sovereignty to strengthen the leading role of the state,and the establishment of the concept of good governance to push educational governance to the good governance of algorithm.
