中医康复疗法联合针灸治疗中风患者的临床效果研究

Study on the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy combined with acupuncture in the rehabilitation of stroke patients

目的探析中医康复疗法与针灸联合治疗中风患者的效果。方法60例中风患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组予以常规中医康复疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合针灸治疗。对比两组康复效果及治疗满意度。结果治疗前,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、改良Rankin量表(MRS)、长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组NIHSS、MRS评分均明显低于本组治疗前,HDS、ADL评分均明显高于本组治疗前,且观察组NIHSS评分(9.77±1.27)、MRS评分(0.56±0.66)分均明显低于对照组的(11.51±2.50)、(1.21±0.25)分,HDS评分(27.13±2.25)、ADL评分(76.26±7.25)分均明显高于对照组的(23.93±2.19)、(61.81±6.39)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗满意度96.67%明显高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对中风患者采用中医康复疗法与针灸联合治疗能够明显改善机体状态,促进机体功能恢复,深受患者认可。

Objective To discuss and analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy combined with acupuncture in the rehabilitation of stroke patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with stroke were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was combined with acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.The rehabilitation effect and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Modified Rankin Scale(MRS),Hasegawa Dementia Scale(HDS)and Activities of Daily Living Scale(ADL)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of NIHSS and MRS in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment in this group,and the scores of HDS and ADL were significantly higher than those before treatment in this group;NIHSS score of(9.77±1.27)points and MRS score of(0.56±0.66)points in the observation group were significantly lower than those of(11.51±2.50)and(1.21±0.25)points in the control group;HDS score of(27.13±2.25)points and ADL score of(76.26±7.25)points in the observation group were significantly higher than those of(23.93±2.19)and(61.81±6.39)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of 96.67%in the observation group was higher than that of 70.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy and acupuncture for can significantly improve the body state of stroke patients and promote the recovery of body function,which is widely recognized by patients.
