龙柴方治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的研究进展

Research Progress on Longchai Formula in Treatment of Chronic Viral Hepatitis B

龙柴方是南京中医药大学金实教授的经验方,治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的效果较好,具有清热解毒、疏肝健脾的功效,能够抗化学性肝损伤、促进肝细胞生长、抑制乙型病毒性肝炎肝病毒复制的作用。该文就慢性乙型病毒性肝炎病因病机、龙柴方组方、龙柴方临床疗效、龙柴方治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的实验研究作一综述。

Longchai Formula is an empirical formula developed by Professor Jin Shi from Nanjing University of Chinese Medi⁃cine,and is effective in treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B.It has the effects of clearing heat,detoxifying,soothing the liver,strengthening the spleen,resisting chemical liver injury,promoting liver cell growth,and inhibiting viral hepatitis B virus replica⁃tion.This article reviews the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic viral hepatitis B,the composition of Longchai Formula,the clinical efficacy of Longchai Formula,and the experimental researches on Longchai Formula in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B.
