无烟灸联合体外膈肌起搏在重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Smokeless Moxibustion Combined with External Diaphragm Pacing in Patients with Severe Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease at Stable Phase

目的:探讨无烟灸联合体外膈肌起搏在重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年12月大兴区中西医结合医院收治的90例重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各45例。两组均给予常规治疗,对照组应用体外膈肌起搏器治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用无烟灸治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组膈肌功能、肺通气功能、血气指标、6 min步行距离、日常生活能力、生活质量均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无烟灸联合体外膈肌起搏在重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者膈肌功能、肺通气功能、动脉血气指标、运动耐力及日常生活能力,有利于提升生活质量,具有良好的肺康复效果。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of smokeless moxibustion combined with external diaphragm pacing in patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable phase.Methods:A total of 90 patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable phase admitted to Daxing District Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional therapy,the control group was treated with external diaphragm pacemaker,and the observation group was treated with smokeless moxibustion treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the diaphragmatic function,pulmonary ventilation function,arterial blood gas index,6-min walking distance,daily living ability,and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of smokeless moxibustion combined with external diaphragm pacing in patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable phase is significant,which can improve diaphragmatic function,pulmonary ventilation function,arterial blood gas index,exercise endurance and daily living ability,and is conducive to improving the quality of life,and has good pulmonary rehabilitation effect.
