中药熏洗联合穴位按摩在痔疮患者术后治疗中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Chinese Herbal Fumigation Combined with Acupoint Massage in PostoperativeTreatment of Hemorrhoid Patients

目的:分析中药熏洗联合穴位按摩在痔疮患者术后治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年5月于南京市高淳中医院行手术治疗的84例痔疮患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各42例。术后对照组进行高锰酸钾坐浴,观察组进行中药熏洗联合穴位按摩。比较两组术后临床症状积分、炎性因子水平、并发症发生情况和康复时间。结果:治疗后,观察组肛缘水肿、创面出血、肛门坠胀、肛门疼痛积分,白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-17、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平,并发症总发生率低于对照组,术后创面愈合时间与住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗联合穴位按摩在痔疮患者术后治疗中的应用效果显著,可减轻患者术后临床症状,改善炎性因子水平,减少并发症,促进术后康复。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of Chinese herbal fumigation combined with acupoint massage in postop⁃erative treatment of hemorrhoid patients.Methods:A total of 84 patients with hemorrhoids who underwent surgical treatment in Nanjing Gaochun Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.After operation,the control group received potassium permanganate hip bath,while the observation group received Chinese herbal fumigation combined with acupoint massage.The scores of clinical symptoms,levels of inflammatory factors,complications and rehabilitation time were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the anal margin edema,wound bleeding,anal distension and swelling,anal pain scores,interleukin-6,interleukin-17,tumor necrosis factor-αlevels,total incidence of compli⁃cations in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the postoperative wound healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese herbal fumigation combined with acupoint massage has significant application effect in postoperative treatment of hemorrhoid patients,and can alleviate the the postoperative symptoms,ameliorate the levels of inflammatory factors,reduce complications and promote postoperative recovery.
