耳尖放血联合常规治疗在急性脑梗死风痰阻络证患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Ear Tip Bloodletting Combined with Routine Treatment in Patients with Acute CerebralInfarction with Wind-Phlegm Obstructing Collateral Syndrome

目的:探讨急性脑梗死风痰阻络证患者应用耳尖放血联合常规治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年3月新沂市中医医院收治的70例急性脑梗死风痰阻络证患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施耳尖放血治疗。比较两组中医症状积分、神经功能、肢体运动功能、生活质量。结果:治疗后,观察组半身不遂、舌苔白腻、语言蹇涩积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组神经功能评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组运动功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组生理功能、心理功能、精神健康、躯体功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳尖放血联合常规治疗在急性脑梗死风痰阻络证患者中的应用效果显著,可以改善患者中医症状积分、神经功能、肢体运动功能、生活质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of ear tip bloodletting combined with routine treatment in patients with acute cerebral infarction with wind-phlegm obstructing collateral syndrome.Methods:A total of 70 patients with acute cerebral infarction with wind-phlegm obstructing collateral syndrome who received treatment in Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment and the observation group received ear tip bloodletting treatment on the basis of control group.TCM symptom score,neurological function,limb motor function and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of hemiplegia,white tongue coating and aphasia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the neurological function score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the motor function score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiological function,psychological function,mental health,physical function in the observation group were higher those that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ear tip bloodletting combined with routine treatment has significant application effect in patients with acute cerebral infarction with windphlegm obstructing collateral syndrome,and can improve the TCM symptom score,neurological function,limb motor function and quality of life.
