预见性护理在阴道分娩产后出血护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Predictive Nursing in Postpartum Hemorrhage Care After Vaginal Delivery

目的:探讨预见性护理在阴道分娩产后出血护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2022年7月于绵阳市中心医院行阴道分娩的72例产妇作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,各36例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用预见性护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组产后2、6、12、24 h出血量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理前,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组HAMA、HAMD评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组初乳分泌时间、子宫恢复时间、首次进食时间、产后住院时间均短于对照组,产后健康调查简表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:预见性护理在阴道分娩产后出血护理中的应用效果显著,能够减少产妇产后出血量,缓解负面情绪,促进产后恢复,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in postpartum hemorrhage care after vaginal delivery.Methods:A total of 72 puerpera undergoing vaginal delivery in Mianyang Central Hospital from December 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received predictive nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group at 2,6,12 and 24 h postpartum,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).The colostrum secretion time,uterine recovery time,first feeding time and postpartum hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the score of postpartum health questionnaire in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of predictive nursing in post⁃partum hemorrhage care after vaginal delivery has a significant effect,and can reduce postpartum blood loss,relieve negative emo⁃tions,accelerate postpartum recovery and improve quality of life.
