心理护理在老年高血压患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Psychological Nursing in Nursing of Elderly Hypertensive Patients

目的:分析心理护理在老年高血压患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年5月解放军96604部队医院收治的老年高血压患者90例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各45例。两组均给予常规药物治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用心理护理。比较两组血压水平、心理状态、护理满意度、生活质量。结果:护理后,观察组收缩压、舒张压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014)。护理后,观察组躯体疼痛、社会职能、生理职能、精神健康评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理在老年高血压患者护理中的应用效果显著,能够改善患者血压水平、负性情绪与生活质量,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective:To analye the ppication eflet of paychologieal nursing in the nursing of elderdy hypertensive patients.Metbh-ods:From March 2021 to May 2022,90 elderly hypertensive patients adnmited to PLA 96604 Military Hospital were seleeted as the study subjects.They were divided into contnl group and observation group acording to rundom number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Botb groups received routine drug treatment.The control group used routine nursing,while the observation group used peychological nursing.Blood pressure level,psychologieal stalte,nursing satisfaction,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the systolie blood pressure and diastolie blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the ontrol group,and the ifference was stistically signifieant(Pc0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression soores in the obseration group were lower than those in the control goup,and the dference was ststically sgnificant(P<0.05).The total sat-isfaction with nursing in the obervation grovup was higher than that in the eontrol group,and the dfference was stically signifieant(P-0.014).After nursing,the scores of physical pain,social funetion,plhysiologieal funetion and mental health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the diference was satisticallyl signifieant(P<0.05).Conelusion:The appliea-tion of paychological nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with hypertension has a signifcant efet,which can improve the blood pressure level,negative emotion and quality oflife of patients,and improve the nursing stisaction of patients.
