综合性口腔护理预防系统性红斑狼疮患者口腔感染的效果观察

Effect Observation of Comprehensive Oral Nursing on Preventing Oral Infection in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

目的:分析综合性口腔护理预防系统性红斑狼疮患者口腔感染的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年1月南京医科大学附属无锡人民医院收治的系统性红斑狼疮患者82例作为研究对象,采取抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合性口腔护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组口腔感染总发生率低于对照组,遵医嘱用药率、规律清洁口腔率、使用含漱液率高于对照组,口腔感染发病成因、症状反应特点、危害、治疗方法、口腔保健措施评分高于对照组,自我管理能力、生活质量评分高于对照组,焦虑抑郁评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:系统性红斑狼疮患者治疗期间实施综合性口腔护理,能够降低口腔感染发病率,提高其对口腔感染的认知水平与自我管理能力,改善其遵医行为、生活质量以及情绪状态。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive oral nursing on preventing oral infection in patients with sys⁃temic lupus erythematosus.Methods:Eighty-two patients with systemic lupus erythematosus admitted to the Affiliated Wuxi People′s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by lottery method,with 41 cases in each group.Control group used routine nursing and the observation group used comprehensive oral nursing.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the total incidence of oral infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the rates of medication adhering to physician′s instructions,cleaning oral cavity regularly and using gargle in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the scores of oral infection causes,symptom response characteristics,hazards,treat⁃ment methods and oral health measures in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the self-management ability and quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion:Comprehensive oral nursing in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus during treatment can reduce the incidence of oral infection,improve their cognition of oral infection and self-management ability,and improve medical compliance behavior,quality of life,and emotional state.
