电话随访在四肢骨折患者术后居家康复中的应用效果

Application Effect of Telephone Follow-Up on Postoperative Home Rehabilitation of Patients with Limb Fracture

目的:探讨电话随访在四肢骨折患者术后居家康复中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1—12月于盐城市射阳县人民医院行手术治疗的四肢骨折患者100例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予电话随访。比较两组心理状态、生活质量、护理满意度、康复依从性。结果:护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理前,两组物质生活、社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组物质生活、社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。观察组定期复查、遵医嘱用药、合理饮食、生活习惯良好、出现问题及时处理、每天进行功能锻炼的占比均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电话随访在四肢骨折患者术后居家康复中的应用效果显著,能够提高患者满意度,改善其生活质量、心理状态,提高依从性。

Objective:To explore the application effect of telephone follow-up on the postoperative home rehabilitation of patients with limb fracture.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2020,100 patients with limb fracture who received surgical treat⁃ment in Sheyang County People′s Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observa⁃tion group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received telephone follow-up on the basis of the control group.The psychological state,quality of life,nurs⁃ing satisfaction,and rehabilitation compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no sig⁃nificant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of material life,social function,psychological function and physical function between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of material life,social function,psychological function and physical function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.001).The total satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).The proportion of regular reexamination,medication according to doc⁃tor′s instructions,reasonable diet,good living habits,timely treatment of problems,and daily functional exercise in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Telephone follow-up has a significant application effect in postoperative home rehabilitation of patients with limb fracture,and can improve the satisfaction of patients,ameliorate the quality of life and and psychological state,and raise the compliance.
