肾上腺色腙片在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术后患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on Application Effect of Carbazochrome Tablets in Patients After Laparoscopic Myomectomy

目的:探讨肾上腺色腙片在腹腔镜子宫剔除术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年6月于阳春市妇幼保健院接受腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者96例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=59)和研究组(n=37)。对照组实施腹腔镜子宫剔除术,研究组在对照组基础上加用肾上腺色腙片。比较两组手术相关指标、术后出血量、不良反应和并发症发生情况。结果:研究组术后胃肠功能恢复时间、术后下床活动时间、月经恢复时间早于对照组,住院时间、阴道出血时间短于对照组,术后引流量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组不良反应总发生率、并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肾上腺色腙片在腹腔镜子宫剔除术后患者中的应用效果显著,可有效减少术后出血量,缩短术后恢复时间,且不会增加不良反应和并发症。

Objective:To explore the application effect of carbazochrome tablets in patients after laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods:A total of 96 patients with uterine fibroids who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy at Yangchun Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=59)and study group(n=37)according to random number table method.The control group implemented laparoscopic myomectomy and the study group was treated with carbazochrome tablets on the basis of control group.The surgery related indicators,postoperative bleeding volume,adverse reactions and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The recovery time of postoperative gastrointestinal function,postoperative ambulation time and menstrual recovery time in the study group were earlier than those in the control group,the hospitalization time and vaginal bleeding time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the postoperative drainage volume in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative bleeding volume in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions and complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of carbazochrome tablets in patients after laparoscopic myomectomy has a significant effects and can effectively reduce postoperative bleeding volume,shorten postoperative recovery time,and will not increase adverse reactions and complications.
