摘要
目的:观察有氧运动管理辅助促性腺激素释放激素类似物(GnRHa)治疗肥胖特发性中枢性性早熟(CPP)的效果。方法:选取2021年1—6月佛山市妇幼保健院收治的肥胖特发性CPP患儿90例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组采用GnRHa治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施有氧运动管理。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组卵泡刺激素、促性腺激素、雌二醇水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组皮质醇、胰岛素样生长因子-1水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组骨龄大于治疗前,且大于同时期观察组,两组身高高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,观察组身体质量指数(BMI)低于治疗前,且低于同时期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:有氧运动管理辅助GnRHa治疗肥胖特发性CPP的效果显著,能有效调节患儿激素水平,减缓骨龄增长,降低BMI。
Objective:To observe the effect of aerobic exercise management assisted gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogue(GnRHa)in the treatment of obesity and idiopathic central precocious puberty(CPP).Methods:A total of 90 children with obesity and idiopathic CPP treated in Foshan Women and Children Hospital from January 2021 to June 2021 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with GnRHa,while the observation group implemented aerobic exercise management on the basis of control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone,gonadotropin and estradiol in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of cortisol and insulin-like growth factor-1 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the bone age in the control group was higher than that before treatment and that in the observation group at the same period;the body height in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the body height in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the body mass index(BMI)in the observation group was lower than that before treatment and that in the control group at the same period,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aerobic exercise management assisted GnRHa in the treatment of obesity and idiopathic CPP has significant effects,and can effectively regulate the hormone level,slow down the growth of boneage,and reduce BMI.
