根管治疗联合全冠修复治疗牙隐裂的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Root Canal Therapy Combined with Total Crown Restoration in Treatment of Cracked Tooth

目的:探讨牙隐裂患者实施根管治疗联合全冠修复治疗的效果。方法:选取2020年8月—2022年8月临沂市兰山区人民医院收治的84例牙隐裂患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各42例。对照组给予高嵌体根管治疗,观察组给予根管治疗联合全冠修复。比较两组治疗效果、咬合功能、咀嚼功能及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.048)。治疗后,两组最大咬合接触面积、最大咬合力大于治疗前,且观察组大于对照组,两组咬合力不对称指数小于治疗前,且观察组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组龈沟出血指数、牙龈指数低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组咀嚼效率高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.026)。结论:根管治疗联合全冠修复治疗牙隐裂的效果良好,可改善患者咬合功能与咀嚼功能,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the effect of root canal therapy combined with total crown restoration in treatment of patients with cracked tooth.Methods:A total of 84 patients with cracked tooth admitted to Lanshan District People's Hospital of Linyi City from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given onlay root canal therapy,and the observation group was given root canal therapy combined with total crown restoration.The treatment effect,occlusal function,masticatory function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.048).After treatment,the maximum occlusal contact area and maximum bite force in the two groups were greater than those before treatment,and the observation group was greater than the control group,while the bite force asymmetry index in the two groups was smaller than that before treatment,and the observation group was smaller than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sulcus bleeding index and gingival index in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,while the masticatory efficiency in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.026).Conclusion:Root canal therapy combined with total crown restoration has a good effect in the treatment of cracked tooth,which can improve the occlusal function and masticatory function of patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
