阿卡波糖结合饮食疗法在社区糖尿病患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Acarbose Combined with Diet Therapy in Community Diabetes Patients

目的:观察社区糖尿病患者应用阿卡波糖结合饮食疗法的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月上海市长征镇社区卫生服务中心收治的糖尿病患者98例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各49例。对照组采用阿卡波糖结合常规饮食干预治疗,观察组采用阿卡波糖结合饮食疗法治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.026)。治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组尿素氮、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、血肌酐、总胆固醇水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组饮食依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007)。观察组治疗满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014)。结论:社区糖尿病患者应用阿卡波糖结合饮食疗法的效果显著,可降低并发症发生率,改善血糖、血脂、肝肾功能指标,提升饮食依从率以及治疗满意度。

Objective:To observe the effect of acarbose combined with diet therapy in community diabetes patients.Methods:From January 2022 to January 2023,98 patients of diabetes admitted to Shanghai Changzheng Town Community Health Service Center were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acarbose combined with conventional diet intervention,and the observation group was treated with acarbose combined with diet therapy.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.026).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of urea nitrogen,alanine aminotransferase,serum creatinine and total cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The dietary compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007).The treatment satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014).Conclusion:The application of acarbose combined with diet therapy in community diabetes patients has a significant effect,which can reduce the incidence of complications,improve blood glucose,blood lipids,liver and kidney function indicators,and improve diet compliance rate and treatment satisfaction.
