中医特色护理在痰热壅肺型风温肺热病患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing in Wind-warm Lung Fever Patients with Phlegm-heat OIbstructing Lung

目的:分析中医特色护理在风温肺热病痰热壅肺型患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年5月—2023年9月邳州市中医院收治的67例风温肺热病痰热壅肺型患者作为研究对象,按照信封法随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予中医特色护理。比较两组中医证候积分、胸部CT炎症吸收情况、住院时间。结果:护理后,两组发热、咳嗽、咳痰、气促、胸痛积分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组肺部炎性病灶吸收面积大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:中医特色护理干预在风温肺热病痰热壅肺型患者中的应用效果显著,可缓解其临床症状,促进肺部炎性病灶吸收,缩短患者住院时间。

Objective:To analyze traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing's effect in wind-warm lung fever patients with phlegm-heat obstructing lung.Methods:A total of 67 patients with wind-warm lung fever and phlegm-heat invading lung type admitted to Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups according to envelope method.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine specialty care.Compare thetraditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,chest CT inflammatory absorption and duration of hospitalization between two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of fever,cough,sputum,shortness of breath and chest pain in two groups were lower than before nursing.Compared to the control group,the observation group was lower,with significant difference(P<0.05).After nursing,the observation group's absorption area of pulmonary inflammatory lesions was larger than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.001).The observation group's duration of hospitalization was shorter than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion:Nursing intervention with traditional Chinese medicine is effective in patients with wind-warm lung fever and phlegm-heat obstructing lung,which can relieve their clinical symptoms,promote the absorption of pulmonary inflammatory lesions and shorten the length of hospital stay.
