信息护理健康教育联合结构式心理干预在需行PICC术肝癌化疗患者中的应用效果 被引量:1

Application Effect of Information Nursing Health Education Combined with Structural Psychological Intervention in Liver Cancer Patients Requiring PICC Surgery for Chemotherapy

摘要 目的:观察需行经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)术的肝癌化疗患者应用信息护理健康教育联合结构式心理干预的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月锦州医科大学附属第三医院收治的需行PICC术的肝癌化疗患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各35例。对照组实施常规干预,研究组实施信息护理健康教育联合结构式心理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:干预后,两组病症知识掌握、导管护理、用药、并发症预防、营养摄入评分高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组愤怒、抑郁、精力、紧张、疲劳、自尊和混乱评分低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:需行PICC术的肝癌化疗患者应用信息护理健康教育联合结构式心理干预的效果显著,可提高患者健康知识掌握程度,改善心理状态,降低不良反应发生率,提高患者满意度。 Objective:To observe the effect of information nursing health education combined with structural psychological intervention in liver cancer patients requiring peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)for chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 70 patients with liver cancer who required PICC for chemotherapy in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,and the study group was given information nursing health education combined with structural psychological intervention.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the scores of disease knowledge,catheter nursing,medication,complication prevention,and nutritional intake in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of anger,depression,energy,tension,fatigue,self-esteem,and confusion in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of information nursing health education combined with structured psychological intervention in liver cancer patients requiring PICC for chemotherapy has a significant effect,and can improve the mastery of health knowledge,improve psychological state,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and increase patient satisfaction.
