基于疾病轨迹不同时期的干预模式在肺癌患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Intervention Mode Based on Disease Trajectory at Different Periods in Nursing of Lung Cancer Patients

目的:探讨基于疾病轨迹不同时期的干预模式在肺癌患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年4月宿迁市泗洪医院收治的94例肺癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于疾病轨迹不同时期的干预模式。比较两组干预效果。结果:随访6个月,两组自我决策、自我调压、积极态度评分及总分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组生理、角色、心理、认知、社会评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.045)。结论:基于疾病轨迹不同时期的干预模式在肺癌患者护理中的应用效果显著,可有效提高患者自我效能感及生活质量,改善负性情绪,提升护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of intervention mode based on disease trajectory at different periods in the nursing of lung cancer patients.Methods:Ninety-four patients with lung cancer admitted to Sihong Hospital of Suqian City from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing mode,and the observation group was given intervention mode based on disease trajectory at different periods.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After 6 months of follow-up,self-decision making,self-pressure regulation,positive attitude score and total score in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The physiological,role,psychological,cognitive and social scores in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.045).Conclusion:The application effect of intervention mode based on disease trajectory at different periods in the nursing of lung cancer patients is significant,which can effectively improve patients'self-efficacy and quality of life,ameliorate negative emotions,and enhance nursing satisfaction.
