中医保健服务在社区孕产妇保健中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medical Health Care Service for Pregnant and Lying-in Women in Community

目的:分析社区孕产妇行中医保健服务的效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年3月于青岛市市北区镇江路街道社区卫生服务中心建档的孕产妇90例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各45例。对照组实施常规保健服务,观察组实施中医保健服务。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组孕期体质量控制情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。观察组妊娠并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。观察组孕晚期纳差、严重便秘、头晕乏力、失眠多梦发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组分娩情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组纯母乳喂养占比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医保健服务在社区孕产妇保健中的应用效果较好,可改善孕产妇体质量控制情况,降低妊娠并发症、孕晚期不良反应发生率,提高纯母乳喂养率,且不会影响分娩情况。

Objective:To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine health care service on pregnant and lying-in women in community.Methods:Ninety pregnant and lying-in women who were registered at Qingdao City Shibei District Zhenjiang Road Subdistrict Community Health Service Center from February 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine health care service,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine health care service.The intervention effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The body mass control during pregnancy in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).The total incidence of pregnancy complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012).The incidence of poor appetite,severe constipation,dizziness and fatigue,insomnia and dreaminess in the late gestation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in delivery between the two groups(P>0.05).The proportion of exclusive breast-feeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine health care service has a better application effect in pregnant and lying-in women in community,which can improve the body mass control of pregnant and lying-in women,reduce the incidence of pregnancy complications and adverse reactions in the late gestation,increase exclusive breast-feeding rate,and does not affect delivery.
