乌灵胶囊联合接纳承诺疗法治疗功能性消化不良的效果

Effect of Wuling capsule combined with acceptance commitment therapy on functional dyspepsia

目的:研究乌灵胶囊联合接纳承诺疗法辅助治疗功能性消化不良(FD)疗效。方法:选择2021年4月~2021年12月医院60例FD患者。以随机双盲对照法将其分为3组,即A组20例、B组20例以及C组20例。其中A组开展接纳承诺疗法干预,B组开展乌灵胶囊治疗,C组则开展乌灵胶囊联合接纳承诺疗法干预。比较干预前后三组焦虑抑郁情绪、自我感觉负担、自我管理能力以及消化不良症状改善情况。结果:C组症状改善总有效率为100.00%,高于A组的80.00%以及B组75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预4 w、8 w及12 w后C组SAS评分均低于A组与B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预4 w、8 w及12 w后C组SDS评分均低于A组与B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预4 w、8 w及12 w后C组自我管理能力量表评分均低于A组与B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乌灵胶囊联合接纳承诺疗法辅助治疗FD的疗效较佳,可有效改善患者临床症状以及心理状态,同时有助于自我感觉负担以及自我管理能力的改善。

Objective To study the efficacy of Wuling capsule combined with acceptance commitment therapy in the adjuvant treat-ment of functional dyspepsia(FD).Method 60 patients with FD diagnosed and treated in the hospital from April 2021 to December 2021 were selected.They were randomly divided into three groups:20 cases in group A,20 cases in group B and 20 cases in group C.Group A carried out acceptance commitment therapy intervention,group B carried out Wuling capsule treatment,and group C carried out Wuling capsule combined acceptance commitment therapy intervention.The anxiety and depression,self feeling burden,self-man-agement ability and dyspepsia symptoms of the three groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results The total effective rate of symptom improvement in group C was 100.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in group A and 75.00%in group B(P<0.05).After 4,8 and 12 weeks of intervention,SAS scores in group C were lower than those in group A and group B(P<0.05).Af-ter 4,8 and 12 weeks of intervention,the SDS scores of group C were lower than those of group A and group B(P<0.05).After 4,8 and 12 weeks of intervention,the scores of self-management ability scale in group C were lower than those in group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Wuling capsule combined with acceptance commitment therapy is effective in the adjuvant treatment of FD,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and psychological status of patients,and help to improve the self feeling burden and self-management ability.
