专科护士主导的多学科协作模式在鼻咽癌患者口腔黏膜炎中的应用

The application of multidisciplinary collaboration led by specialized nurses in the treatment of oral mucosal inflammation in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients

摘要 目的:探讨专科护士主导的多学科协作(MDT)模式在鼻咽癌患者口腔黏膜炎的应用效果。方法:选取102例鼻咽癌患者为研究对象,随机分为参照组与MDT组各51例,参照组实施常规护理,MDT组实施专科护士主导的MDT模式护理,比较两组口腔黏膜炎发生情况、营养状况。结果:MDT组Ⅱ级及以上口腔黏膜炎的发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组白蛋白、血红蛋白及总蛋白水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,MDT组患者的白蛋白、血红蛋白及总蛋白水平均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对鼻咽癌患者施以专科护士主导的MDT模式护理,可以降低其Ⅱ级及以上口腔黏膜炎的发生率,改善机体营养状况,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary collaboration(MDT)led by specialized nurses on oral mucosal inflammation in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.Method 102 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were selected as research object and randomly divided into a reference group with 51 cases and an MDT group with 51 cases.The reference group implements routine nursing,while the MDT group implements MDT model nursing led by specialized nurses,and the incidence and nutritional sta-tus of oral mucosal inflammation in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of oral mucosal inflammation of gradeⅡand above in the MDT group was lower than the reference group(P<0.05);Before nursing,there was no difference in the levels of albu-min,hemoglobin,and total protein between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);After nursing,the three nutritional indicators of pa-tients in the MDT group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying MDT mode nursing led by spe-cialized nurses to nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients can reduce the incidence of oral mucosal inflammation of gradeⅡor above,im-prove their nutritional status,and have high clinical application value.
