COOK宫颈扩张球囊与Foley导尿管用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of coOK cervical dilation balloon and Foley catheter for promoting cervical maturation in full-termpregnancy

目的探究足月妊娠促宫颈成熟中COOK宫颈扩张球囊与Foley导尿管的效果。方法选取156例实施引产的足月妊娠孕妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各78例。试验组实行COOK宫颈扩张球囊方法,对照组实行Foley导尿管方法。比较两组临床效果。结果并发症发生率方面两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组产后24h出血量少于对照组,潜伏周期、活跃周期、总产程时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。促宫颈成熟总有效率方面试验组的97.436%较对照组88.462%高,滑脱率方面试验组的2.564%较对照组10.256%低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Foley导尿管与COOK宫颈扩张球囊应用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟安全性高,并发症发生率低,但COOK宫颈扩张球囊促宫颈成熟效果和滑脱率相对更好。

Objective To explore the effect of coOK cervical expansion of cervical cervical dilatation ball pockets and FOLEY pipes in the cervical maturity.Methods 156 full-term pregnant women with induced labor were selected and divided into control group and experimental group(78 cases each)according to random number table method.cooK cervical dilation balloon was used in test group and Foley catheter method was used in control group.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).There are fewer test groups of the 24-h in the postpartum,and the incubation cycle,active cycle,and total output time are significantly shorter than the control group.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).97.436%of the trial group in the total efficiency of cervix maturity is higher than 88.462%than the control group.The 2.564%of the experimental group in the darting rate is lower than the control group of 10.256%.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Foley catheter and coOK cervical dilation balloon have high safety and low complication rate in promoting cervical maturation in full-term pregnancy,but CoOK dilatation balloon has better effect on promoting cervical maturation and slip rate.
